Cucumbers and Tomatoes are Dangerous if Eaten Together
One best example is, cucumber and tomato, these two vegetables have different time to digest, to avoid complications you should know when to eat these vegetables separately. If slow and fast digestion foods are combined it will result in a fermentation of the blood in your stomach, which may poison your entire body.

In this case, the digestion of sugars and starches are slow which will cause gasses, swelling and pain in the abdomen. Here are more combinations of foods you should also avoid.

1. Never Eat Fruits right after Meal
Eating fruits need a lot of time to digest thus, it will stay long in your stomach. However, if you eat fruits right after meal it will result in acid reflux.

Both cheese and meat are rich in protein. However, combining these two ingredients will result in too much protein which is not good for your health.

6. Melon and Watermelon
Never try combining these fruits. Melons should be eaten on an empty stomach, alone. Remember that, melons digest quicker than watermelon, if they will mix together it will slow down the digestion process and bowel movements.
